Okay let me start by explain what this is about. Hyoton's Nine Levels of Insanity is a series of nine contest that revolves around questions that at first glance appear difficult but then are simple if you think rationally.
Rules
The rules are simple: You only get to submit one answer and you must submit only the correct answer or it will be deemed as incorrect. And for cheating issues you must have a 1 month+ old account.
